Professional Development at SWE has a focused approach to empower women to succeed and advance in their engineering studies and careers. Our programs strive to help our members grow and develop professionally through career services, professional development programs, and networking opportunities. Our goal is to have at least one professional development event a month.
Some examples of the types of events that we have are:
- Skills Development/Workshops
- Technical Seminars
- Technical Tours
These types of events are typically open to all members. Some events may have an attendee limit, a cost associated with attending, or different ticket types based on membership.
